~*~The River~*~

It was foggy that October night. I was fixing to go to bed when I heard my cat scratching at the door. I opened it and she was no where in sight. I called out "here kitty kitty". Usually she would come when I called her. So I set out to look for her incase she had her kittens.

Then I saw this glowing figure. The wind picked up and I couldn't hardly breathe. There was no sound as I screamed for my husband to help me. I was screaming to the top of my lungs but nothing was coming out. I was panicking inside I couldn't move. I was paralyzed.

Then I awoke and was laying on the ground. I was by the river. Startled I ran to my house with tears running down my face. Jeremy I screamed. I told him what had happened and he put his arms around me for comfort. After that I kept having nightmares.

That is when a little girl in white appeared to me in my sleep. Goooo to the river she said. Noo no no I yelled. I shot straight up in bed. So scared that I snuggled real close to Jeremy. The next day Jeremy asked if I was still having nightmares.Yes I said that I did not want to really talk about it.

This went on a year. Then that very same night a year later I was remembering that night. I mentioned to Jeremy that we should move, but we couldn't really afford to. I went to the bathroom to splash water on my face. I looked up at myself. My eyes had gotten droopier and you could see the lack of sleep I had been getting. So I decided to go to the river and find out what was going on.

The wind started picking up. Over and over in my head I told my self be brave. I saw a light flash before my eyes and suddenly I was under water. I couldn't breathe. Trying to swim I couldn't get air. I woke up by the river soaking wet.

I heard a beautiful voice singing like a harp. I followed it. I spoke out is anyone there. YES a womans voice screamed. WHY HAS IT TOOK YOU SO LONG TO COME HERE. I told her I was afraid. SHE SAID YOU WILL THINK AFRAID HAAAAHAA. In the most evillest laugh. Then it was pitch dark, silence. A loud boom was heard over the valley. The next day Jeremy was making funeral preparations for his wife. No one knows what happend to this day what had gone on that night. People have said if you run into this image you better listen the first time to go to the river.
